If I have account credit from 2017 exchanges and resell, can I use that towards my 2018 seats?

No. Exchange credits do not roll over to the next season. Stub Hub credits can roll over if specified by the account holder.

What if I do not know my Braves account password?

On braves.com/myaccount there should be a "forgot my password" link to have a temporary password sent to your email address.

Will I be able to add additional seats to my existing seats for 2018?

Yes. Seat additions will be based on availability.

How do I relocate or upgrade my seats?

The Braves will host a Select-A-Seat relocation event in the winter for those who renewed by the October 20th deadline. Please visit braves.com/renewals or contact your Braves Representative at (404) 577-9100 for further questions about upgrade options.

How do I add parking for 2018?

Please contact your Atlanta Braves Representative at (404) 577-9100.

What happens if my payment is not made by the October 20th deadline?

Prices will increase after the 10/20/17 deadline and seats not paid by the deadline will be removed from accounts. Prices will increase after the deadline.

What are the dates of the payment plan?

We will have a 6 month payment plan. All payments will be processed on the 3rd Friday of the month.

Will I be able to use more than one credit card for my payments?

Yes. Multiple credit cards are permitted with payment plans.

How can I change the credit card used for the payment plan?

Please contact your Atlanta Braves Representative at (404) 577-9100.

If paying with checks or cash can I use the payment plan?

No. Only credit cards are accepted for the payment plan as it is an automatic payment.
